European Equity Research Partners Joins OTC Markets Premium Provider Directory

New York and Madrid, September 15, 2026.- European Equity Research Partners (EERP) has been approved as a Premium Provider by OTC Markets Group, becoming the first equity research firm based in continental Europe to be included in the operator's Premium Provider Directory.

The appointment recognizes EERP as a provider of institutional-quality issuer-sponsored equity research for companies seeking to improve investor understanding, visibility and engagement across international capital markets.

OTC Markets Group operates public markets on which hundreds of international companies from dozens of countries are dual-listed, broadening their access to investors alongside their primary home listing. Its Premium Provider Directory identifies the research, advisory and professional firms that meet the operator's standards for supporting those companies.

Headquartered in Spain and operating within the European Union's regulatory framework, EERP provides fully disclosed issuer-sponsored research to publicly listed companies across Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia.

"Research is what transforms a listed company into an investable company," said Jason Paltrowitz, Principal at European Equity Research Partners. "A listing provides access to capital markets. Research gives investors the information they need to understand a business, value it appropriately and make informed investment decisions."

"We founded EERP because too many high-quality public companies have become effectively invisible to investors as research coverage has disappeared," Paltrowitz added. "The regulatory changes in Europe recognized that problem. Our role is to help close that information gap while maintaining the independence, transparency and analytical standards institutional investors expect."

EERP was established following significant regulatory reforms adopted by the European Union to encourage greater research coverage of listed companies, particularly small and mid-cap issuers. The reforms, introduced as part of the EU Listing Act, were designed to address the sharp decline in independent research that followed MiFID II by creating a clearer regulatory framework for issuer-sponsored research while reinforcing transparency, disclosure and investor protections.

Last September 4, the EU Code of Conduct for issuer-sponsored research was published in the Official Journal of the European Union as Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/1092.

Research is led by Simon Powell, former Global Head of Thematic Research at Jefferies and former Head of Utilities Research at UBS and CLSA Asia-Pacific, where he was consistently ranked among the leading analysts in the Asiamoney and Institutional Investor surveys.

"The first analyst covering a company often has the greatest impact," Powell said. "Investors cannot value businesses they do not understand. Our objective is to provide rigorous, transparent research that helps companies build informed long-term shareholder bases."

Unlike traditional commissioned research distributed to limited audiences, EERP publishes its research openly to the market, allowing institutional investors, brokers, wealth managers, existing shareholders and prospective investors to access the same analysis simultaneously.

EERP's research begins with a comprehensive initiation report containing a detailed financial model, forward forecasts, valuation, investment rating and price target. Coverage continues throughout the engagement, with analysts updating financial models, ratings and valuations following each earnings release and other material developments.

European Equity Research Partners S.L. is incorporated in Spain and operates under the applicable regulatory framework of the European Union. EERP produces issuer-sponsored equity research under strict policies designed to preserve analytical independence. The firm is not compensated in securities of the companies it covers, its fees are not linked to ratings, conclusions or price targets, and issuers do not approve or modify research opinions before publication. EERP publishes its research openly to the market and does not provide investment advice or investment services.
